I had my vehicle serviced on 04/30/25. Paul was my service representative. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Paul explained about the other fluids my vehicle would need in order to keep my vehicle running in excellent/good condition. I do know on one of my other visits that my vehicle would eventually require those services so I was not caught off guard. Ryan was my technician working on my vehicle

I was looking for the CarPlay wireless update. I’ve been trying to get this incompetent service center to install it for me at their requested fee. We had a recall on our Honda Pilot and called the dealership on Transit Rd. Where we had purchased our Pilot. We took it in and was told it would take all day to get it fixed. They called us much earlier than we anticipated to tell us it was done and ready for pick up. We were very pleased, as we had plans for that evening that we thought we would have to break. Customer service was friendly.

Buying the car was fine no issues there, however getting service done is like pulling teeth. No one answers the phone I’ve left my number in multiple occasions and never received a call back. This whole experience makes me regret buying a car from West Herr and I will be purchasing elsewhere when it’s time.

Overall the best dealer experience I have had for a service visit. I purchased the vehicle here as well almost a year ago and that was a very positive exoerience at the time. Went in for my inspection, tire rotation and oil change for my lease. I was met at the door by Dale and he carefully answered my questions and explained what would be done during my visit. Never spoke down to me. When the work was done, he came and got me. He explained what was done and escorted me to my car to leave.
