I have been a client of West Herr Herr Honda since I retired in 2014, having purchased both of my vehicles there. In this most recent visit I had a problem with my CR-V. They gave me an emergency appointment for the next day. Paul and his service team did a full diagnostic and safety check, fixed the problem, and got me up and running again. His service was just outstanding!

was traveling when i had in loud sound coming from the front tire. I was from Pa and it was a Saturday. I called nearest Honda dealer I could find. Thankfully it was West Herr Honda .I spoke with Dale who said bring it in and we take a look. I was about 8 miles away and the noise was getting louder .when i pulled in he opened the service door for me. he could hear the noise ,Dale took out a flashlight and looked at the left front wheel, and behold a black walnut was stuck between the rotor and brake caliper. Dale took a screwdriver and popped it out .PROBLEM FIXED! Not many place would this on a Sat.Thank You Dale.
